Mission
Our mission is to welcome the student intern into the faith community and help them get acquainted by sharing the history and vision of the church. This ministry provides spiritual, emotional and collegial support to the intern through prayer, affirmation, encouragement, and acceptance as a partner in the ministry. During the intern’s field study, the support ministry will observe how the body responds to their leadership, as well as listening to both the intern and the congregants in order to serve as a bridge between the two, and offer feedback to help the student reflect on their ministry.
