Our Mission

The Educational Support Ministry seeks to minister to the needs of college students. We offer a limited number of financial assistance awards to students admitted to college degree programs. Awards are based on the applicant’s academic records, references and statement of purpose. The awards are renewable for four years depending upon the applicant’s academic performance and needs. We also provide scholarship information, when available, care packages and offer prayer. Our goal is to let our students know, whether local or non-local that Metropolitan Community Church is here to minister to their needs.

Annually, we recognize all children, youth, and adults who graduate from kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school and college (undergraduate and graduate studies) during Sunday Morning Worship.
