"Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine." (1 Timothy 4:13) Mission:To provide members and non-members with a Resource Center for the reading of God's inspired word and to provide an atmosphere for quiet mediation. To provide a variety of resource materials with the hope that members and non-members will be motivated to strengthen their faith, increase Christian growth and living and to experience an enriched spiritual journey as a result of using this resource center.Dedication:The Library is dedicated to the memory of Raphael A. Emery because he was a mainstay in the life of Metropolitan Community Church. Mr. Emery joined the church in 1939 and became a dedicated Sunday School Teacher. Shortly thereafter, he assumed the duties of Sunday School Superintendent, a position he held for 41 years until his retirement in 1995.To Donate Books (New and Used):To donate books to the library (new and used) contact: Sylvia Mandeville |
